  • The effects of viscousinterference, real gas and rare gas at high altitude will becomefundamental scientific problem in the design of future high speedvehicles involving flight safety, precision control and vehicleguidance. This paper reviews some important research works andrecent developments of aerodynamic design optimization andpresents relevant results of aerodynamic characteristics anddesign optimization for high lift-drag ratio configurationvehicles.
