  • 摘要: 近年来, 一种可实现无痛和微创给药以及生物微量采样分析的新技术—— 微针逐渐引起了人们的广泛关注. 本文首先简要介绍了微针技术的发展历史和现状, 随后结合人类皮肤的力学特点, 重点分析了微针设计和应用中面临的主要力学问题, 特别是微针刺入力、结构强度、刚度以及药物输送技术等方面的研究进展.最后介绍了有关生物微针及仿生微针方面的最新研究进展, 阐述了生物微针的特殊微纳结构和超级省力的力学原理, 并分析了其对改进人造微针设计带来的重要启示.
