STUDY OF TRANSPORT AND FATE OF CONTAMINANTS AND BIODEGRADATION IN NONHOMOGENEOUS ACQUIFER

摘要: 介绍了受污染的地下水中化学物质与微生物相互作用的生化与动力过程。作为例子,提出了一个定量描述非均匀地下水流中有机物与细菌迁移变化的数学模型,并简要介绍了出现在控制方程中几个应关注的问题,如变量大梯度与特征时间尺度问题,以利于数值求解。Abstract: In this paper, the biochemical and dynamical processes of chemical substance and biomass in contaminated ground water are presented. As an example,a mathematical model to quantify the interaction and movement of organism and bacteria in nonhomogeneous ground water flow is developed. Some important problems such as large gradient and different characteristic time occurring in the governing equations are briefly described, which is important for numerical modelling.
